Korrina Gidwani

Korrina Gidwani is originally from Fairfax, Virginia and is currently a first-year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Prior to attending medical school, Korrina earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from Pitt, alongside two minors and two certificates in humanities and global health fields. As a result, she developed a passion for conducting clinical research, addressing cultural & language barriers in healthcare, and engaging in public health and medical humanities work. These experiences sparked her interest in the Art Heals Pittsburgh study, in which she contributed to qualitative coding and data analysis.
